Dr Jagathyayani is a Consultant in Fetal Medicine at Fernandez. She completed her MBBS from Osmania Medical College and an MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Gandhi Medical College, followed by a Fellowship in Medical Genetics from the Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences. She also did a Fellowship in Advanced Fetal Medicine and Gynaecology Scans from Mediscan.

She has over 3 years of experience in Fetal Medicine and has attended several national and international conferences.
