Dr Srilakshmi is a Consultant in Fetal Medicine at Fernandez. She completed her MBBS from Guntur Medical College and an MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Alluri Sitarama Raju Academy of Medical Sciences (ASRAM), Eluru. She also did a Fellowship in Fetal Medicine from the Bangalore Fetal Medicine Centre (BFMC).

She is an expert in Growth and Doppler Scans, Advanced Fetal Scans, including Fetal ECHO and Neurosonogram, Nuchal translucency (NT) and Anomaly Scans, and Invasive procedures like CVS, Amniocentesis, Amniodrainage, and Fetal reductions. Dr Srilakshmi special interests lie in multiple pregnancies, high-risk pregnancies, fetal therapy, and fetal interventions.
