Dr Sunil Pawar is a Consultant Neonatologist and Pediatrician with 12 years’ experience. After his DNB in Pediatrics and DCh (2006-09), he did advanced training in Neonatology, obtaining his FIAP Neonatology Fellowship in 2010. He worked as a Junior Consultant Neonatologist for five years and earned a medal for best overall performance at Wanless Hospital, Miraj. He did an Observership at the best NICU at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto in 2014. Dr. Sunil has trained in functional echo, arrhythmias and neurosonogram. Dr Sunil has extensive experience in the care of extreme preterm babies, PPHN, TPN, critically-ill newborns, difficult intubation and various pediatric illnesses. He is a very rationalized user of antibiotics. He has special interest in Neonatal Cardiology, Nutrition and Transport.
